We just bought our new house and moved in back in early June. The last two times it rained I noticed a significant amount of water had come in underneath both doors. Brookline was contacted and promptly sent Lee out today to look at them. Lee instantly saw the problem; the concrete floor actually had a slight dip in the middle where both doors came down. Lee uickly replaced the rubber seals on the doors with thicker ones and fixed the problem. He also lubed the door rollers and chains; both are much quieter now. I give him as well as Brookline a 10+, even higher if I could. Lee was prompt, friendly, polite. He knows his stuff and is an excellent representive for Brookline. I highly recommend not only Brookline but especially Lee for any problem anyone has with garage doors or garage door openers.

Service from a real person is so important today. I called and a real live lady answered with a smile that you could hear! Thank you! Pricing that is fair! Then Devon texts me…”Im on the way 15 min out”! WOW. This is customer service. The door was making noise, stopping half way down, just out of adjustment and Devon had it silenced, running so smoothly with in a few minutes and he was so personal. Great small talk while he fixed the door. This was an excellent experience wish
other companies would follow their lead and bring top notch customer service back. I have 6 garage doors. This is my go to garage door company

I had used Brookline Doors on two prior emergency events. They were prompt and each time cared about getting me back in business. After the second time, we decided it was time to update our home style and improve the exterior looks of our home. It was an easy choice who would do the work. Delivery and installation was completed by two very experienced young men, Michael and Jaiden. They worked through the 100+ degree weather and after getting the job done, stayed programming all controls and car mirror controls. This is a very professional group, all the way from Chris in sales to the young men that worked so very hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. I feel very confident having Brookline Doorworks in our corner and their ability to produce the best garage door product on the market today.
