Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brookline responded to our request in a very timely manner. This is the second time we had Kadin and were happy to get him. He helped us with colors, fixed our old doors and made everything like new. It looks and works like new, amazing. Our tech was Kadin who knew exactly what was wrong and fixed our doors for us right away. He also went over some procedures we needed and helped us with tech stuff. Kadin is an amazing worker and does not stop till he gets the job done. He is very knowledgeable and the company well priced. Highly recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great service as a first time user of Brookline Doorworks. Received a call yesterday morning and by yesterday afternoon our opener was replaced at a fair and reasonable rate. Great service from our tech Devon. Appreciate you getting it done so quick upon arrival.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Devon came to look at our garage the same day that I called. He was very friendly and fixed our garage door efficiently. After he left and I had paid I didn’t feel like I had been taken advantage of. It was an overall great experience and my garage door is working just as good as it did before!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We just bought our new house and moved in back in early June. The last two times it rained I noticed a significant amount of water had come in underneath both doors. Brookline was contacted and promptly sent Lee out today to look at them. Lee instantly saw the problem; the concrete floor actually had a slight dip in the middle where both doors came down. Lee uickly replaced the rubber seals on the doors with thicker ones and fixed the problem. He also lubed the door rollers and chains; both are much quieter now. I give him as well as Brookline a 10+, even higher if I could. Lee was prompt, friendly, polite. He knows his stuff and is an excellent representive for Brookline. I highly recommend not only Brookline but especially Lee for any problem anyone has with garage doors or garage door openers.
